ya.. I have a lifan dual purpose bike.. . I live in Dallas. I purchased it for cruising about the neighbourhoord.. etc.. small stop and run trips. but my experience has been mixed..

its too windy..
eyes water.
few folks drive slow even in 40 mph zones.. my bike does 50mph..
so i came to the conclusion. it aint worth it..
safety issues.. u have to wear good protection. before u ride.

and the price tag of a scooter aint cheap $5,299*...

my lifan i got it for 1000 bucks.
