Hmmm...the second link work for me, I just tried it. But it did take awhile for the page to load, it's less than an hour before noon, so maybe the site is being slammed.
 
How will we know if we got it or not? The page doesn't say if you qualified.
 
Isn't it already noon? This page tells me it's 10 (central time) but my clock here says it's 11 - Which is Noon Eastern time-

I got mine in the mail today. It is really nice, pretty colors. I had given up on getting it, so what a nice surprise!
