as far as online deals, there are sites where you can get coupons and samples.

Pampers sends out coupons as well as occasional samples of their diapers when you join their membership program.

You can get a free Beechnut bowl or a free Beechnut bib

Enfamil has coupons mailed to you if you sign up for their family beginnings program. Similac also has promotions.

freecycle is a great organization where you can get a lot of free items in your community.

craigslist is another site where you can find free or inexpensive items.

btw, this week, riteaid stores have huggies baby lotion, wash or powder or disposable wash mitts for free after rebate.

Have you been to your local WIC office? They help out Mom too, with things like milk, cheese, juice, and things like that. They can help if you are formula feeding, breast feeding, or both. Some even help with diapers from time to time. If you don't have health insurance for your baby, check out the low cost insurance through your local human resource(sp?) office. Most cities have stores that trade or sell children's clothes on consignment too. We are raising three kids, all under five years old, on a sinlge income. I've learned some about cutting corners and where to get help, just depends on the area you live in. Hope some of this helps you out hun.
