you can make the hummas yourself, i do, it tastes fresher. all you need is a can of chick peas, washed and drained, salt, pepper, tahini sauce, just use three tablespoons or so, olive oil, garlic, one juice of a lemon, and you can add roasted eggplant, i roast it on the stove or in the broiler or roasted red pepper, its sooooooooo good.
