Benihana is launching a Children's Club – just for kids 12 and under.
Simply fill out the form below with the child's name, birthday and address. They will send them a special postcard that they can bring into any participating Benihana during the month of their birthday for a free souvenir mug of their choice with the purchase of any Children's meal.
It's their special way of making sure children enjoy their special day at Benihana.
But what should they call this Children's Club? They need help naming it. If your child has a good imagination and a real way with words, they want to hear from them.
Simply complete the form before September 15, 2009 to submit your child's idea. The club name should be something that your child associates with the fun they have dining at Benihana.
The child whose club name they select will receive a certificate for a dinner for eight!
