Begining November 23rd bring the Decemeber/January issue of Seventeen to an Ulta store or print out from Teen Hairstyles, Fun Quizzes, Games, and Teen Fashion - Seventeen (not working just yet) and pick from three shades Shine, Cabana Boy, or Is up to Blue. while supplies last.
