Bayer is giving away there new Breeze 2 meter. It does ask for the first 4 #'s on your Ascensia Breeze meter. So have it ready when tou go to this link and hit the free meter button on the top of the page

It didn't ask me for any numbers, but it is for a coupon for the meter. They don't send it to your house.

Free Meter: Will send you a coupon for a free meter - you'll need a physician's Rx

Upgrade Meter: You need to type in the first 4 digits on the back of your current Breeze meter and they'll mail you a free Breeze 2 upgrade meter.

There are other offers, just be sure to check to see if it's the one you want.

Try using code "6117" when using the upgrade to breeze 2 option. This should allow you to receive the new meter by mail.

6117 works for the first numbers on the upgrade offer for the Breeze. You don't need any numbers to upgrade to the Contour.
