Saw this on another site also!

I just went to my local Chick-Fil-A, here in Iowa and I saw a new promotion they are having for Labor Day. Wear a shirt with a football team on it, and get a free chick-n-strips on sept 1st!

I picked up an "official rules and terms of offer sheet" here are the details mostly word for word:

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To receive one (1) free three-count order of Chick-n-Strips while supplies last, eligible participants should visit participating Chick-fil-A locations from 10:30 AM until close on Sept. 1, 2008 wearing atleast one visible article of clothing that contains any football team logo or collegiate logo and mention this Promotion. ...

ELIGIBILITY: Offer available only to legal U.S. residents of AL, AR AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, and WY. Limit one per person.

I'll check to make sure my local Chick-Fil-A is doing this but it sounds great since I love their food!

thanks i put this on my calendar to remember. as much as we eat at chick-fil-a we should by stock in them

Just got back from Chick-Fil-A... Hubby and I wore Steelers T-Shirts and put a Steelers cap on the little guy -- got 3 free 3-Count Chick-n-Strips... Yummy...

Went through the drive thru. They first said we had to come inside, but I told them that it said on the website that you can go through the drive thru and they said OK.

I love Chick-Fil-A!!!
 
I went before work and just wore a hat that said Dallas Cowboys:like: in Oklahoma and it worked!!

I also went and it turned out they were giving a free box of three strips to everyone, with or without any football logo item. I did bring an NFL hat, tho, because I didn't know that. Cashed in three free chicken sandwich cpns (I think from Jan) and three free chicken salad sandwich cpns (August), and they gave me two orders of the strips free, so I had to lug EIGHT items home! Very nice--lunch for a few days. Now, I just hope they do that free calendar thing again this year. They actually already have the calendars, but will not start selling them until November (I was told by the owner's son tonight). I have absolutely no intention of BUYING one. Ha Ha.
 
*cry* I forgot about this. Boo. I looooove Chick-fil-a. I went a few days ago and found out they were also giving away a 3-pack of strips every Saturday between like 1pm & 4pm or something like that. Oh well.

I never knew they did the free calendar thing -- how did that work last year?
 
Don't remember, but I'm sure you can search and find the offer. I got three calendars all together; thus, I had three of each of the coupons. There was one coupon for each month, and a few of them were for totally free items and some were free w/purchase items. I think I'm done for this year, as the only other free item is a Coke (I think) in December. Altho, you never know--they are in a mall near me and it gets really hot in there during the Christmas shopping season.
