problems getting mug

is anyone else having a hard time getting the mug to show your photos on it? i get to the part where you pic the layout on the mug...and then the next section comes up and i can't figure out how to put my images on the mug...and it seems like parts of the page are missing...but if you click on those areas squares will pop up in gray but not do anything. is this just happening to lil old me? :banghead:
 
Anyone know typical shipping on this?
