Your remarks should not be allowed in this forum. Shows that you are not a very good christian or jew or muslim or ...a human to be exact.

OK, SO THERE IS A REASONN WHY YOU ARE SAYING THIS TO ME, WHEN ALL I AM TRYING TO DO IS POLITELY SAY THAT THIS GUY IS WRONG FOR COMMENTING LIKE THAT? HOW ABOUT THE POST SAYING "JEEZ,..."
 
Hi sexymama, I think most readers totally agree that intolerance sucks. And I don't think that spazntwitch is picking on you, it's just a bit of a misunderstanding.

The original obnoxious comment about the book burning could possibly have been intended in a flippant, joking sort of way, but if so, this is a perfect illustration of how such things always fall flat on the internet.

Hopefully an apology and explanation will be forthcoming from starwarsfr3ak.

This thread reminds me: every year a statistician calculates the most depressing day of the year. Guess what? Jan. 23 is the most depressing day.
 
Hey sexymamaof2. I wasn't explicitely telling you to calm down a heated comment you made, it was just a general comment to everyone and I apologize that you felt it was directed to you specifically.

As far as someone getting banned, you can read more information about it here. To become banned, someone typically has to be a very repeat offender. As Choochoojr points out, we do try to be fair to our members.
 
Everyone there is no need for any of this. Appropriate action was taken again the person who made the rude comment, warning points were issued and a PM was sent out alerting him as to why. Breathalia was not temporarily banned because of this post, so don't worry about that either.

Sexmamaof2, please do not take out of context what was said to you. Spaz was just letting you know the possible consequences, if everyone's personal opinion got out of hand.

This is a problem we have with religious posts. Not everyone agrees on the same ideas, logic, reasons, beliefs etc... Therefore we usually try to keep the religious posts to a minimum, so people do not get offended over the posts. There are plenty of nonreligious freebies to keep up busy. So lets not get all uptight over someone who is obviously just trying to stir things up.

As stated before, we try to remain fair to each and everyone who posts. But we also try to keep the spam and other BS nonsense away. :D ;)
