Little update here,

The coupon it prints out is but a 75 cent coupon towards purina one brand adult cat or kitten formula, not free, despite the fact the at the beginning of this questionaire it does say you'll get a free box.
 
Yep, looks like they changed it. It used to be a free sample box, now its just a free coupon. Oh well :rolleyes:

I don't really have a cat anyway, used to, but my neighbor's cat thinks he lives here or something. Can't get in the door without paying a toll to his stomach, so free catfood would be nice :)
