The only thing I saw on it today was could not submit at this time please try later, not that it's expired. could be they are having problems with the site? I just signed my brother up last night & it went thru ok.

I just signed up the 2nd brother. Looks like site problems fixed.
Good thing too, I was hearing some grown men ranting over not getting a hat.. lol .. wish you could just email them and ask for hats. It would make things so much easier.
 
I just signed up a couple weeks ago and got my hat a few days ago. (June 2009)
 
Got this today:) No keychain but a very nice hat!
 
got mine on sat. nice hat,keychain and sticker....my hubby was happy....
