I filled this out 3x, and it never offered samples of any kind. It just said to have your results emailed to you, enter email add.

That's all I got too. Then I thought maybe they'd say something about free samples in the E-mail they were going to send me, but no such luck. I only got recommendations on which products to purchase from them.

Oh well. Thanks anyway for the post.
