I'm no web site admin (and don't even play one on TV) but this type of response usually means the owner's web site server has crashed.

They may be able to give away free diamonds, but put a little money into a decent server - bleah!

bet it's a very small diamond, with very little clarity, could be the scrap part of the diamond after they cut one down. Guess I'll find out when it comes.
