I saw this on another site and the person that posted it said that when they signed up for this offer a disposable camera was also included in their mail package. There is no mention of it on the website. Hopefully we will get one, too!! :)

I signed up for this when my doctor prescribed Lamictal. I got a package at my house and my husband's PO Box. It does include 6 coupons for $10 off and a disposable camera. It took about 10 days for me to receive. So this freebie really does come.
