www.ebay.com) and Canada (
www.ebay.ca) promotion will begin Tuesday, May 18th, 2004 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second) and continue until Monday, May 24th, 2004 at 23:59:59 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds). Listings created prior to May 18th, 2004 and scheduled to start during the promotional period (May 18th - May 24th, 2004) will be eligible for the special offer.
During the First Free Listing Promotion:
New eBay sellers who create an Auction-style or Fixed Price listing will receive a credit for the insertion and Gallery listing upgrade fees. In order to qualify for the special offer, members must not have sold on eBay prior to the start of this promotion (May 18th, 2004). This offer is good for one free listing insertion and Gallery credit only. Please note that the credit will not be immediately reflected on the site. You will see a credit to your seller's account by mid-July.
All other fees (including Final Value Fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees, such as Buy It Now, Gallery Featured, Bold, Highlight, Featured Plus!, Listing Designer, Gift Services, Subtitle, Reserve, extended duration insertion fees, etc.) will still be charged. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to May 18th, 2004, including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotional period, May 18th - May 24th, 2004, but scheduled to start after May 24th, 2004.
