You will be able to pick up the bag without making a purchase, although you can score 15% off everything that you can fit in the bag while shopping (see exclusions on the coupon for example computers, cell phones, gift cards, and phone cards). You do need to bring a printed coupon with you to the store to get the bag. The bag is usually 99 cents - $1.50 and is larger than most similar bags they sell at grocery stores.
