If you were one of the many that stared at the Leapticket frog screen for hours trying to get a San Diego Comic Con ticket and failed, there is a company giving out a Fail Frog button to commemorate the occasion.

The story goes like this

San Diego Comic Con hypes up a date when they will start selling the tickets for their 2011 event.
The day comes, their server is overloaded and they have to close the ticket sale.

San Diego Comic Con hypes up another date when they will start selling the tickets as a test.
Test is completed.

San Diego Comic Con hypes up another date when they will start selling the tickets.
This time they have a third party company (ticket leap) handle the requests.

The server is overloaded and users were redirected to the ticket leap twitter which asked users to reload. It was impossible to get through, even if you got through, you probably got stopped away on the order page or the checkout page.

Users were literally staring at the Ticket Leap busy page for at least a hour.
By the time they got in, all the tickets were sold out.

This FailFrog goes to those that experienced this.
