I tried to redeem it at Shop-Rite and they told me it was counterfeit. I know this can't be true because it came off of Farmland Dairies website. Here is my email to Farmland Dairies regarding their "counterfeit" coupon.
"Hello,
I found a page on your website that was offering a coupon for a free half gallon of your milk. It asked me for my first and last name, my email address, and zip code. So I input the information and submitted it. I received a link to the coupon in an email shortly thereafter. The email that I received is attached below. Now, although the both the page with the offer and the page with the coupon have been taken down, I was able to print out the coupon and it is dated with a "June 30, 2011" expiration date. So I went to Shop-Rite and, amongst the other things I went there for, I picked up a half gallon of you milk. The one the coupon was for was with the Omega-3 and CoQ10. When checking out, I gave the coupon to the cashier. Since it was an internet coupon, he called someone to the register to verify it. The lady thatg came up told us that it was counterfeit. I know it can't be counterfeit since I got it from you, off of your website. Granted the web page stated that it was the "March 2011 giveaway" but the coupon's expiration date was for June 30th and the page was still up and it was your server that emailed me the coupon. If it was a mistake, and the page was supposed to have been taken down with the conclusion of March, then somebody screwed up. However, just because somebody screwed up doesn't mean that you shouldn't have to honor the coupon. You should honor it. It came off of your website, you emailed me the link to it, and it was not set to expire until the end of this month. I still bought the milk, but I feel that I should either be reimbursed for the amount paid or sent a new and valid coupon. If you like, I can scan the printed coupon and email it to you for you to inspect."
