That's a very click bait title. It is for free DLC, not the entire game as the title makes it sound like.
 
This is NOT the game for buying two candy bars. It's some DLC digital content (a dynamic Tifa theme and some in-game baubles). Still maybe a good deal, but the title is wrong.
