FREE fraud prevention DVDs from USPS.com

USPS is giving away these DVDs fro free with free shipping as well. I'm not sure who are those idiots who would fall for these scams, but I guess there are enough for special DVDs to be made LOL
 
last time i tried this, it seemed a while back, when i "ordered" it, it never came through, i guess you have to buy something as well, or else it doesn't seem to be recognized because I look at my account profile and don't see the order received in the "order history".
