I think after you get it they send you a survey to fill out on how you liked it etc.

When i click on the link given it went to the warning site, finally managed to get the direct link and able to create the account also subscribed for the mascara...Thanks

There is a referral link hiding in there...SHOCKER

Yah, it's coming up no test available for me even though I did all there dumb questionnaires!

If you belong log in..then go to rewards at the top.. From the Drop down menu click on Test. It will be the first and only test you can click on. Will ask 3 questions and there's 432 spots available. good luck. :)
 
The way I look at it, they pick "randomly" who they will send the mascara too.
