Hi!
I managed to download and run Snowball Run with no problem. I used the link in the email and when I installed snowball I was asked for the serial in the email which I copied and pasted. It also asks for the name you gave when you registered. It has to match. Perhaps you made a typo or something.

One thing that did happen to me when i ran Snowball was i entered Options and tried different video settings. When I tried 640x480 it froze windows and I had to reboot. If that happens then reboot and see if it runs again and make sure to use a higher res. If that does not work then look for a file named client.ini in the programs folder and change the res setting manually

; Supported Resolutions
; 1024x768
; 800x600
; 640x480
Resolution=1024x768

Assuming that does not work then re register and use a differnet email address to get a new serial and make sure you record whatever name you give in the reg process at their site!

I didn't get the game free....it's only a trial. It says I get 5 free sessions, but that's all. :(

Did you get the email with the number to register it with? As soon as I put in my name and that number, the trial part went away.

Yeah, I put the code in, but it didn't work. Oh well..... guess it just doesn't like me. :verysad:
 
did you keep the email with the number?try again and make sure you use your name the same way you signed up you have to use first anf last name on the name line.i got mine and one for hubby also and both work great.be sure to use the dashes in the code.thats the way i did it and worked for me
