wonder if it's as good as the "samples" that come with cvs promotions. probably not...but i may try anyway. i'm going to look for some clearance items to purchase. :lol:

I just did this, I spent $8.49 on 3 New York Color items, put receipt number on rebate site

Please allow 2 - 5 days for the processing to complete. Once the processing is complete, your receipt status will no longer display "Waiting for Purchase Information to Confirm Your Rebate" and you will be notified by email.

P.S. - They have $ 0.99 New York Color eye pencils that you can use to get the Glam Bag fill w/ samples

I did one of the Rite Aid totes w/samples--and that's what I got--samples. That one was more for OTC meds, so who knows. But I personally wouldn't expect the great, full-size products we have gotten with some of the other deals. Could be surprised, of course.
