About three or four times a year, they send you an e-mail offering you a "possible" sample. You go and fill out their form and then another e-mail comes for you to confirm your entry. I've gotten a sample or two over the years, and I actually won something once--a big, black tote bag with eight full-size products in it, value of $150 per their info. Still have it in my linen closet and will eBay or garage sale the stuff someday.
