Free health kit from Walgreens / fill out survey

I did the survey and got a new window with an AD. Nothing else.
 
i wouldn't be surprised if it's not legit, i don't like walgreens. The only way to buy generic medicines at a competitive price is to pay the yearly "membership" fee of $20. But I can go across the street to Meijer or Kroger and buy generic meds w/out paying a 'membership fee' ...a little off topic, just venting a little :)
