Phone number includes an extension as part of your number. It does require you to download software.
They offer a free earpiece, but you have to pay $3.00 s/h to get it, so the earpiece isn't really free.
UPDATE: You can only receive voicemail to email messages from other GloPhone users (they don't tell you that).
