Why would someone give a COOKIE thread one star? No doubt you eat alfalpha sprouts with wheat germ on it for a snack?!?! :mmph: HOORAH for all the Spoofee cookie monsters out there! LOL THank you for the link. I personally do not eat many sweats (blood sugars, bites) but when the neighborhood kids ride their bikes out in the yard, I send out a bag full! These would be nice to try.:) Okay, who has the milk coupons to go with this?!?!? LOL
 
I love Kashi products and I find they don't spike my blood sugar when used judiciously.I eat the cereal everyday. TYVM

we were in Super Target and they have freebies of a few Kashi stuff - got a tiny portion of one of these cookies and it was yummy so said my partner - so he will get one in the mail
 
These cookies ROCK! We get a box of either the dark chocolate or the happy trail mix every week.

Very addictive.
