Hi ellie:) If you don't want to download anything and still receive the free keystrap, just sign up for an a/c, then wait for confirmation email, click on link in email to activate a/c and then go right to step three and fill out form to get the keystrap.:) You can bypass step 2. I did this and was able to request a keystrap w/o downloading anything. Hope this helps!:)
