Free: Kids eat free - IHOP

Yeah, but (at least at the IHOPS in IL and WI) you *have* to purchase an adult meal over $6.99 with a drink and you only get one free kids meal per adult meal purchase. Oh... and you still have to pay for the child's drink too.
