I found them on the Better Business Bureau Website...Here is just a part of what goes on over there at Lakeside, I copied and pasted this part, It is not my wording.
***"The complaints concerned, orders not received in a timely manner and/or items arrived broken, duplicated or not the correct items. Consumers also complained of problems getting refunds and/or unauthorized closing of their accounts, bills received for items not ordered, phone lines for the company being busy and/or holding for extensive periods of time and/or no response
BBB Definition: "no response - The company failed to respond to the complaint to written correspondence, mailed or faxed."
When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.
The Bureau processed a total of 303 complaints about this company in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period. Of the total of 303 complaints closed in 36 months, 166 were closed in the last year."
Now remember, all those "complaint numbers" are just people who contacted the BBB about it. Think of all the others who didn't contact the BBB, they just tried on thier own and cut thier losses.
And the BBB stating "The company failed to respond to the complaint" (to the BBB) throws up a red flag for anybody
