Free Lightlife Plant-Based Burger Product Mailed Coupon

I can't figure out how to get it. I'm getting the text code but then it doesn't do anything? Any help would be appreciated!

Ok. I just put in Canada and it gave me the US form.

I click get coupon
It then asks me how I want to get the verification code
I selected call and entered a phone number
I immediately got a call with an automated voice giving me a code
I entered the code and the address form appeared
I entered my address and clicked complete
A coupon will be mailed to me.
