I checked and didnt see this so I hope it is not a repost

Ok you have to Register first and then go out and come back in and go to samples and you can get all kinds of makeup brushes sponges and a lot of other stuff :woot:

Keeps telling me the samples page is locked, and to call a representative during business hours?:noidea:
 
you have to shut down all the windows and come back in I had that happen to me too and I called and that is what she told me
 
If you cant get it to work I would call

I did the lady I talked to was nice

Good Luck getting any samples from this co unless you are in a business which would use these products. They are very explicit that they won't honor any requests for samples for personal use and they will verify all info before sending anything to anyone. They sound mean!
 
Well they have nice stuff, it is probably spensive, and they want to keep from getting slammed with personal requests, I can understand their stance on that.
 
Samples are available to the Trade ONLY.
Samples are NOT for personal use.
Samples are for compatibility testing prior to purchasing.
Kosmetech sells its products in large quantities and has a $50.00 minimum order.
DO NOT request samples for personal use. These requests will NOT be processed.
All information in registration form must be accurate and will be verified prior to processing any sample requests.
 
i just called the lady and she unlocked it for me and now i can choose up tp 10 samples pretty cool!!
 
Sorry guys I didnt know I did it and got the samples and I am not in that business.
 
Wow this is amazing the amount of stuff they are giving away. Thank You so much! I had to call the number to have it unlocked.... but it was worth it!:claps:
 
no just my email address but yo have to register first so your info will be there when she checks the she just sent me an email on how to get the samples

no they didn't ask me anything specific at all. I just said that I was trying to request samples online, that it was locked and she asked my name. Then I log back in and was told I could pick 10 samples. And what get samples they are!!!!!

WOW! I'm going to call. After reading your posts, I registered on their site. Hope it works. Sounds great! Guess I'm easily intimidated until you Spoofeeans set me straight!
 
All I had to do was email, they emailed me back within 10 minutes and I requested samples
 
To request samples online you must contact us at 718-858-7000 to unlock the sample request feature of this website or ask our customer service representatives to process your sample request. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern time.

Looks like we may be able to email customer service?
 
Lol, they are tooooo smart for us! You can't register until you call them now. Darn...darn....darn...:verysad:
