I attended a couple of these and they're really good. Note also that you can attend them "on demand" after the original webcast.
 
They need to give away the Team Suite, that looks friggin awesome, and it should be for the price.

Got Mine today to. Software (5 CD's in a rather interesting looking CD Case). A Voucher for 1 DISCOUNTED (Not free) Microsoft Certified Professional exam, A Microsoft Developer Security Resource Kit DVD and a "Moving to Microsoft ASP.NET 2.0" Special Edition book (465 odd pages)

Well worth the time I took to download the the 3 Webinars.

Still waiting on mine. Also I think they changed the package. Now it says:

Microsoft® Visual Studio® 2005 Professional Edition 90-day DVD trial

no longer a fully functional standard version.
