I will answer it for you.

You have to visit the WAM site which is not a phishing site;
It is okay. I have been on their email list for years and
never had any trouble!

Look at the top right hand for the free screenings listings!
I recommend you sign up for their emails to keep you informed
of all the latest screenings!
