A lady here at work, her dog died from eating the tainted wet dog food.
My vet said that he has found some dry dog food to have been causing the same reaction but since it is not on the recall list he is documenting the situations and contacting the makers. Science Diet was one he was watching for the dry food. Kinda scary. I love my doggies!

^^^ There has been a huge recall on 80 brands of wet dog and cat food. All from the same company. If your cat or dog eats this food they could have kidney failure. Go to www.consumerist.com for some information and I think they also list the brands. They also stated that some Wal-marts are still carrying the recalled food.

A guy came into my job last night and was saying how his dog was at the vet's and he said the dog's kidney's are full of toxins. The vet told him that if the dog didn't improve by today that the dog would die. I felt so bad for this guy because he truely loved his dog and he was having a hard time to keep hisself from crying.

So beware everyone if you have not heard about this recall.
