same thing happened to me :(. Though I got lucky and managed to get the surprise Pantene giveaway.
 
I too had the form up and it wouldn't go thru , but when it did it said "ALL OUT" ..booooooo..
anyway like others I did manage to snag a pantene coupon!: )
