YMMV--your mileage may vary. I remember the first couple of weeks I was doing this and didn't know either.
 
I found it thanks!: ) was reading my copy at the dr's office ..found it ...tore it out! And i donated the mag to the dr's office. They're always so appreciative!:)

Yup! High as a kite! Free panty! N I still got the free VS sampl to go after n my $10 old navy gc from some survey I did! Now if I can only get to the mall!
