Free POP3 email accounts

Here are a few companies that offer free POP3 accounts. I like these for doing samples as it I don't have to use my regular mail and have it fill up with spam. What is nice is you can set these up on Outlook (Express) and most have very clear directions so that you don't have to check your mail via the web.


http://www.nerdshack.com/ - my favorite, has 10 free meg's of mail ability and I love the nerdy name. They will be offering web based accounts soon.

Golden package this one is HUGE spouting 1001 meg free but it is web based. The silver is pop based and 15 megs.

Are you cwazy? Free 25 megs pop or web based. Based out of the UK but the name was cute.

They offer 6 megs POP/SMTP or web based. Looks new and strikingly similar to Yahoo! check out the home page lol

I've had this one for years and use that account for personal, I have never once gotten spam from them or a virus! I certainly can't say that bout my own isp! It does have it's limits, like I said probably better if you want a non spam personal one!
6 meg limit. Do not "poll" your mail sooner than every 5 minutes as they have a timer set
