Beware

I signed up for this over 2 months ago and regret doing so. The only way I could use the "free" postage was to purchase their special printing labels to print the stamps. You can purchase postage only in denominations that can fill an entire sheet of printing labels, so I was able to print only fifty 37-cent stamps (25 per sheet). Their "customer service" via both phone and website were terrible.

odd, I signed up with them over 2 months ago also (for the free scale, im a ebayer) and had no problems. The welcome kit included a sheet to print the "NetStamps" on.

You can also use the software to print directly onto envelopes. Prints a neat lookin barcode.

I do think the price is steep, but i had no issues with service or software. I even have leftover labels I cant use that they sent in the welcome kit.
