Free Right at home Tropical Summer Gift Pack

I have been signing up for these "right at home" things for years but have never received one. Has anyone?
 
i have received a few but again if you have received any w/i 90 days(i believe) you are not eligible for the next round.
 
So the gift packs are for "tropical summer" but they're not going to be mailed out until...... autumn?
 
There's a new offer for Ziploc containers/bags, but I don't know how to find the form. I got an e-mail, so I'm entered just by clicking somewhere within the e-mail. So--someone smarter than I should find the frickin' form and post the link! First 3,000.
