It doesn't appear that there are age requirements, but you probably have to be 18 or over. Perhaps try it again with a different email addy and a DOB that shows you are over 18.

I received the little zip pouch today, but no liners. This could be used as a little makeup bag for smaller purses (if you can leave half your stuff home). Cute--and Thanks again!
 
I also was first denied so I changed the age to 21 and it was good.
Like 16 year olds don't get their period??????

My two year old niece thought it was a pencil case.

I thought I wasnt going to see mine but it came today and yup it does look like a pencil case! lol.
 
Got mine today and ditto on the pencil case. I might use it for eye liner pencils. I can keep them all organized instead of them rattling around at the bottom my cosmetic drawer.
