That's weird, they said they had received my info but I never put anything in and certainly don't have my address associated with my Facebook account.
 
worked for me what was weird is when i got to the page it said thankyou for your information i didnt fill out anything
 
Same thing here but others are saying that it's for tomorrow so I'll try again tomorrow! Thanks everyone. I too got the same error: Thank you you're sample should come w/in 4-6 weeks but HOW? No info was given! Then I read where it is for tomorrow!
