I didn't, and just coincidentally sent them an e-mail last night. They requested my mailing address and said they will send out at the end of the week.
 
This is some kind of product for the 'roids (hemmoroids).....anyone who has ever had one will do anything to make them go away!!!!

I wasn't sure what I was signing up for, some sort of lotion I assumed. Hope I never have to use it. LOL
