Cool, thanks! I love Dove's products and their new "real beauty" ads.
I have super sensitive skin and their shampoo made my head itch... so I emailed them and told them about the problem and asked for a refund, I also told them I loved their products and such. They sent me the refund right away as well as a LOT of coupons! Even a few for free products! If you send them an email requesting coupons I bet they'd sent you a whole bunch!
