I requested this on 10/19 and sent them a follow-up e-mail on 3/4, and they never replied. I just put a comment on the form that their operation was "very poor." This must be a re-post because I obviously applied for this before.

Received two packets the other day. Just noticed that I must have gotten this once before. I actually don't use this type of product, but my husband does--maybe that's why it wasn't at all familiar to me.
