I cant get through

I tried to apply for the free paper sample, but all I got was a service error page when I submitted the application. I tried using the second link, but nothing popped up. Bummer...I wanted some free paper. I wonder if that free HP paer sample thing is still going on. That deal was pretty awesome too.
