To celebrate National Pancake Day on February 8th, participating IHOP restaurants will offer a FREE short stack of buttermilk pancakes to all guests from 7am to 2pm. IHOP hopes to raise funds by inviting satisfied patrons to drop a small, optional donation in a collection box in lieu of payment for their pancakes.
