I tried to get the coupons and it just said wait...........................I waited and
nothing.
what site are you getting them off of?

I love walgreens. Just got home 5 minutes ago. Spent 83 bucks but after coupons my total was 20.13. Walgreens has the best coupons deals by far. Thanks for the post, I guess I am going back today.

Your Mileage May Vary (your store may/may not accept)
or
Your Manager May vary (your store mg may not accept)

IME (in my experience) with Wags (Walgreens)- they won't take a coupon for even a penny over the amount. And some will not take IP's (internet printed) at all. Sooooooo..... YMMV!

And I always thought

YMMV meant Your Mother-in-law Might Vanish??? j/k

Thanks for the link to the coupon! I had problems redeeming it at first, but it worked out for the best in the end!

I took mine to Walgreens and the register wouldn't accept the coupon, so the cashier called the on-duty manager. Well, she asked me where I got the coupon, and I said I'd printed it from the product's website. At that, she quipped, "We don't accept those because we don't get paid for them."

I said, "Fine, I'll just take it to Wal*Mart and get it there."

I got to Wal*Mart and found the same product for only $3.97 (their regular price, unlike the SALE price of $3.99 at Walgreens)! Not only that, there was a free sample (2 fluid ounces) of Johnson's Softlotion "Melt Away Stress" Dreamy Night Lotion attached to the package!

The cashier and manager at Walgreens treated me like a problem, but the cashier at Wal*Mart was really nice (even tho' the product didn't ring up right at first, and he had to get a department gal to do a price check). She was prompt and verified the $3.97 price with a smile.

I've had problems with Walgreen's before, so I'm going to write them and let them know about it before I decide to shop there again. (Their website will often say they carry a product I want, and then I'll get there and "they don't carry it any more".)

My recommendation: Print the coupon and take it to Wal*Mart!

Walgreens has given me problems before but I just turn around and give them problems right back. If they wont take the coupon always ask for the cashiers name, the managers name and the store number and tell them your calling corporate and then state you will call the district manager. I cannot stand managers who think their last name is walgreens and the coupon is coming out of their own pocket. Always call corporate because if companys didnt want us to use coupons, they wouldnt put them out there!!!

Picked up my two bottles today at Walgreens. Cashier looked at coupons and asked where I got them from. I said the Johnson's site-see bottom of page. Had to call her manager over and the manager said no problem. Of course the register wouldn't take them because they are only $3.99 each. I told her this and she would have to modify coupon price to $3.99. She didn't know how to do this and had to call the manager back over. Manager adjusted the coupon value to $3.99 ea and all I had to do was pay the tax!
Our Wal-mart won't take internet coupons, but I have never had a problem with Walgreens taking internet coupons. Just have to get a cashier who doesn't have an attitude like the one I got!

THANK YOU.....I just went to Walgreens and was told, "We don't accept internet coupons anymore", and I am M-A-D at them. I'll just take the coupon to Wal-Mart!

Thanks, Curious!

Here's hoping that I don't have any probs redeeming my coupons.

Thanks, curiuos. No problems here on accepting internet coupons.

I used 1 at target---the lotion was 4.54---so 54 cents for a bottle of lotion isnt bad :). I used another coupon at the walgreens and someone asked their supervisor, but they took my coupon. im trying walmart this weekend :)

I used the coupon at walgreens and I didn't have any problems. Thanks Curious.

Try to use IE (Internet Explorer), this may work :bigok:

I've personally have had many issues with my local Walgreens, they give you a hard time and make it very unpleasant shopping there.

I took my coupons to my local Walmart (Target, Safeway, Longs Drug Store did not carry it) and went through the self-check out--no issues! I did have to pay .54 cents for each one (plus tax), but I have no problem with that! So much better than dealing with a bad manager at local Walgreens

Thanks for the Coupon!
