If anyone doesn't feel like creating a billion different spam filters in Outlook Express, there's a free program that works great.

After a couple days of picking out the good mail from the spam, it learns which is actual spam. I've had it for 4 days and it's at about 95% effectiveness and rising. ...Or buy SpamAssassin if you want to spend the $40.
